We want you to be satisfied with all items purchased through RTG and ask that you carefully read our return policies below:
RTG, Inc. offers a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY for products purchased directly from RTG on an approved case by case basis, provided that the product has not been used or damaged. All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days of receipt and prior to being shipped back. Please make sure to provide your order number when contacting us. The customer is responsible for insuring each return and all carrier shipping charges on the return. Returned items must be received by RTG within 14 days of the issuance of the return authorization number. RTG will not accept returns via any other carrier other than UPS or Fed Ex and must be received by RTG within 14 days from the issuance of the return authorization number. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited for the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 28 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping. Please email us at email@example.com.
Receiving Incorrect Merchandise:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately correct the mistake. RTG will include with the replacement merchandise a return shipping label for the incorrect merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise as instructed. Failure to return the incorrect merchandise will constitute order and acceptance of the incorrect merchandise. Your credit card will be billed for the incorrect merchandise and the shipping charges if RTG fails to receive the incorrect merchandise within 14 days.
Defective or DOA Merchandise:
In case the item is defective call or e-mail us immediately so that we can arrange to ship you a replacement or refund at our option. If the item appears to have obvious damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive the package and email us at email@example.com . If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and if they are damaged refuse the package. Please make sure to provide your order number when contacting us. Before we reship or refund, the claim with the courier must be resolved.
Pre-Shipping Cancellations for In-Stock Orders:
Most orders placed with RTG that are “in-stock” usually ship within three business days. Because of this, RTG cannot guarantee pre-shipping cancellations on any order with “in-stock” items. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our shipping department and we may not be able to cancel your order.
Pre-Shipping Cancellations for “Backordered” Items:
If an item cannot be shipped within 3 business days, the customer will be notified with an estimated shipping date. If the estimated shipping date is unacceptable, the customer has 2 days to notify RTG to cancel the order without charge. Failure to notify RTG of the cancellation, the Backordered Items become a Non-Cancelable Backorder that will ship no later than 14 days after the estimated shipping date. RTG reserves the right to ship Backorder Items anytime before the estimated shipping date, or cancel the order at anytime by notifying the customer. Return or cancellation of Non-Cancelable Backorder items are subject to a 50% charge of the purchase price plus all shipping charges, unless the return is for damaged or defective merchandise.
