RTG Announces the company's first product

Dateline October 1, 2003: RTG, Inc. has announced the first RF power detector with on chip programmable threshold detection and a 4 output sequencer. With a frequency input range of 100Mhz to 2.5 Ghz and a dynamic range of 45 dB, the RTG9001 combines the functionality of the popular AD8315 with 3 bits of threshold programmability. Once RF power exceeds the threshold, 4 outputs are sequentially switched with 0, 5, 10, and 35 milliseconds delay, respectively. When RF power falls below the threshold, one output goes off immediately while the other 3 are held true for 30 seconds. This part serves applications such as WLAN, BlueTooth and ZigBee Repeaters and Remote Access Point control. The part operates on as low as 2.0 volts and has a sleep mode with only 10 microamps current draw. Price is $1.90 at 1K pcs. This 14 pin TSSOP packaged IC saves parts and real estate. RTG completing expansion

Dateline July, 2002: RTG is near completion of additional offices and workstations at our headquarters in Torrance, CA. This expansion doubles the floor space and increases the number of workstations to 8. In addition, the number of individual workspaces tripled from 5 to 15.
